How to make character sheets, and spoil images

Hi I'm new to all this so I had a few questions. I've seen a few stories that have an index tagged thread mark for character sheets. They are in this table like design with various tabs and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to do that? Moreover how due I spoiler tag images so that they get put in that little tab thing, so where when you click it and then it then it reveals the picture and whatever other stuff you put in it. Sorry if I'm not making a lot of sense.
 
Most of that is in the icon bar above your text box.

The spoiler tags are in the "..." that are close to its center, second from the right for the icons. Should say "insert" if you put your cursor over it. After you click it, it's just under 'Spoiler' in the drop down there.

The Table is Screwdriver-Wrench icon on its right "Advanced bb-codes". It's under 'Tabs'. Can look at what they look with the preview option right there.
