Is it possible to ignore all of a user's threads without manually adding them one by one?

Don't want to block a user, only their stories, but a few of the users have over 50 stories. I don't have anything personal against speaking with them, just hate their writing.

There's no one button solution, but if you go into the filters and put that user's name into the "Started By" field it'll show all of their threads and you can just go down the threadlist hitting the ignore button without needing to go into the threads.
