Like the one for Fanfiction.net with all the favourite and the fuction to search for tags? I tried the IOS option in safari but I can't really leave a story in the background and come back later.
 
I'm somewhat doubtful. You can search for tags, though, without an app, and QQ has internal bookmarks, which you could probably use to 'favourite' fics.

No clue but you could use a site like Fichub to download epubs or whatever from this site (Or pretty much any major fanfiction site, fichub's pretty awesome), plop em on your phone and use an ebook reader which will at least save your place in the book and let you keep reading even when you're out of range of wifi and don't want to use your data. Is what I do though usually not for this site, reading smut in public isn't my scene.
