You aren't an idiot. You have an excellent ambush attempt due to the weird psychic thing you got going. You aren't going to bloody waste it. You get yourself out of what you figure is going to be this thing's sight line.

And you notice that Beast boy has already gone to the roof area. You get the feeling he enjoys being up high.

The creature walks out holding a large axe. It reminds you of a pig shaped humanoid. The thing that literally pulls onto your attention the most is the skulls. Tiny human skulls. Tiny baby skulls that it wears on it's belt.

You fingers twitch. Your blood is boiling. You just want to reach out and gut this creature. The ice sword shifts into a form more suited for ripping and tearing than slashing. Is this because of your anger? It doesn't matter. It suits you right now.

So do you reach out and touch someone. Or do you start blowing stuff up with shot?

-->[X] Follow up by getting up close and personal. With the creature crippled, your poor swordsmanship doesn't matter so much- Simply slicing it's hand/arm off [in case it can regenerate the crippled joints] and wailing upon it's bare, defenceless body with your blade should be sufficient.

You're fucking furious. Right now it's taking all you have to not rush out and start slashing. That doesn't mean you are in capable of acting. Oh quite the contrary my friend. You already pull out the Shot+Yeti combo and aim it at all those nice fragile looking joints.

Massive ice needles pierce the joints and make it pretty much impossible for the orc to actually move that limb. Then you see a blur that rips off that limb and starts beating the orc to death with it.

Where the teen before just reminded you of a big cat. Now he resembles one. Is this the effects of the Beast card in action?

Before you get too into thought you remember that you want to make the orc suffer as well.

You smile darkly and walk out. Spinning your ice sword in circles.

You decided to stab it in the gut. You want to make sure it's alive so you can feed it it's entrails after all.

You rip out your sword, noting the fact that apparently you when you pull it out of the wound it spikes up. You aren't sure if it isn't just reacting to your feelings of hate or just a natural move it has to begin with. It does leave a gaping wound however.

You watch The Beast rip off one of the legs. Coldly you smile. And you jam your sword into it's head. What was wrong with you? You notice a black tendril back off from where it was climbing up your leg. Normally your no where near that emotional.

This bodes investigation perhaps?

"You killed it a bit too soon. I was having fun."

The Orc dissolves into black goo.

Huh. You kinda expected a card.

You quickly jab the ooze as it disappears.

"I have no clue what these things are. You kill them and they sorta just keep popping up. It's annoying."

A Seiba pops up.

"A Card is awake. It's sorta that way."

The Beast looks at Seiba.

And sighs.

You run off towards the card. Mostly because you know what happens when Seiba gets near another of her kind. It's much too silly to watch. Cute, but silly. You'd rather just go after the card before it gets away. Not that you've seen a card get away.

Pain.

You put your hand up to your face. Your bleeding? The fuck?

More blood. The fuck is going on. You can't feel anything wrong. You feel sluggish. You spot something red moving.

You can barely hear Seiba say something.

"Randy, It's the REDCAP. You need to move."

You can't feel your legs.

What's wrong with you?

So you're bleeding, being attacked by a fast little bitch of a fae. You're first thought is to figure out what the fuck is going on with your legs. You look down to spot darts in your thighs. Well that explains one thing. Now to actually deal with it.

You remember that you can use the Yeti as a support card, not just on your other cards, but on yourself. It's not going to hurt you worse if you try it out now is it?

Your clothes shift into a parka and you gain Snow Boots.

Attribute Change - Unaligned > Ice

Immediately you can feel your legs a lot better than before. Enough that when the Red Cap passes by for his next attack, you manage to reach out and touch someone. With you boot. And his head.

Round Two Motherfucker. Ding Ding.

You wanted to pull out slash to give the little bastard a taste of it's own medicine, however you realized how hard that would be considering his speed. But considering his speed gave you an idea. You start blasting the ground covering it with a layer of ice.

The results of this come shockingly fast, and by shockingly I mean he flies into a wall at high speeds.

*Whump*

Dazed and confused the red cap just sits there, knocked out of it's wits.

So how do you want to finish it off?

You could of course Excalibur it, but that seems a bit overkill.

On the other hand you could try working out a finisher for the ice mode. It did come in handy after all.

On the third tentacle, you could, just you know cut off it's head. I won't judge.

Or something else?

Randy takes advantage of the stunned fae and shanks the fucker through the chest into the nearby wall. It feels good knowing that you got payback for the clawing and the slashing the creature had already done to you. Just to make you feel better you twist the sword slightly. The sound it makes puts a nasty smile on your face.

"Where's Rachel?" You growl out unable to resist the urge to make a joke.

In response the Red Cap gurgles on it's own blood slightly.

Actually being serious for the moment now.

"Who sent you? Where did you come from?"

The Red Cap gurgles a bit more as it laughs? the fuck? It slowly raises it's hand and points up. The blood on it's red cap is rapidly drying out. You look up to see what it was point out and spot a man.

The man is holding a scythe and is smiling down at you. His shadow is coiling around his legs like a snake.

The Red Cap bables a word.

"Reaper"

Reaper Reaper that's what people call me.

The man throws the scythe at the red cap, causing it to explode into it's component cards.

You spot the man grabbing a card that looks like a vial of poison.

Two cards fly by you. One displaying a winged sandal the other a spear.

You might be able to grab one or you could try for both...

"Randolph Carter"

*Reaper knows your name.*

You look up again and the man is gone. What now?

That way we can have a sword that is also a spear. Or should it be the other way around? Either way, awesome, do not pass it up.
