Looking a for a specific Luke Skywalker Fiction(Found!)

Hey guys, I need some help finding this story - I've been trying my hardest searching through both here and space battles to find it.

I don't think it was its own thread but rather it was just long snippets that someone had put out in their snippet collection.

It was about a Luke Skywalker who was completely in tune with the Living Force. It was described as him being in tune with everything on Tattoine. Brief plot points that I remember his him helping a krayt dragon - probably the queen or the mother not really sure. Knowing that Ben is Obi-wan or that he is a Jedi. And teleporting to where Vader is facing off against Ashoka. Where he knows that Vader is Anakin and also his father before leaving and taking Ashoka with him to tattoine. Where she decides to train him too with Obi-wan.

I could really use some help in finding this, thanks.
