I am looking for an old story.
I think the story should be in the nsfw creative writing section.
It could have been an otome original setting.
I remember the plot as follows:
A guy gets reincarnated in a fantasy/RPG world he knows. He gets/buys an uninhabited region in which he builds a house.
In the region there is a forest, a beach and access to the sea. He meets a female noble knight/heroine? and begins a relationship. The region is slowly transformed into a city with a harbor.
He trains and levels up. I think there was an adventuring party that he helps / saves?.
He meets with the queen and is hired as a teacher at the royal academy.
He was either a champion of a war god/goddess or he defeated the god/goddess and then gained more power.
I hope someone knows which story this is.
Maybe I'm remembering some parts wrong because I read the story around 2022 when i first joined the website.
