Make the Edit and Delete Buttons more readily available on mobile without a dropdown button

As the title says.

On my phone, the edit and delete buttons require a dropdown button before I can access them. Yet there is plenty of space on that row for both buttons to be immediately available.


Of note, on private the edit button is immediately available without a dropdown button.

Can that not be replicated?
