trying to transfer a story i have on Word to this site but im having issues with it

If it randomly pulls words together?

Copy the text either to Editor (pure .txt file, which erases all formatting) or LibreOffice Writer.

Then copy it from there to QQ.

CTRL+A, CTRL + C and CTRL + V are the relevant shortcuts for 'Mark All', 'Copy Marked Text to Clipboard', 'Copy Text from Clipboard to current spot'.


If it randomly adds more spaces between lines?

That can be down to Paragraph Style > Indents & Spacing > Spacing > Below paragraph being unequal to 0.00 cm.

You should be able to get there by right-clicking the marked text. Paragraph > Edit Style is where it is for LibreOffice Writer.


If it's not either of those that are a problem or contain the fix? Just let me know and specify to the best of your ability.
