Hi, everyone. Another author I talked to (Fanharem) told me that this forum is filled with good discussion, so I wanted to introduce myself and post my novel. Long story short, it's a novel that does everything uncoventionally.
It starts without a cheadcode, the mcs (yes, there are 2, but 90% of the chapters are POV of one of them) are not the chosen ones, and the plot explores many different genres. The book also changes a lot as it goes, and the early chapters aren't representative of what the story becomes. It's filled with both serious topics, some nerdy intellectual stuff, but also a lot of light-hearted or outright offensive banter.

It's a slow-burner story, inspired by Reverend Insanity and Sopranos (yes, a weird combination). I am a therapist IRL, so the characters' coming of age and evolution is the most important aspect of the book. I also live in a war region, so writing this book is my way to reflect on this stuff but also to cope with it. Enough rants, I hope you like it. Most people who've read it said that it really picks up during the cave/caravan arc, which is around ch 30, as far as I remember.

Thank you! Here is the link.

https://www.webnovel.com/book/30767423600841105 I currently have 136 chapters written, and am busy editing my backlog and posting it. The cultivation system and alchemy are deeply thought out, after all this book is based on a tabletop game I designed.
