New Theme

There is a new theme available, called Bluebird. It is a white and blue theme, similar to the Vertex theme, but this one has all the mods integrated into it, so you won't have missing multi-quote or Good Post icons.

Also, what do you think should go into the bar at the top? It has 5 empty slots, and more can be added.

Only thing that comes to mind. The popups we've got now work, but they can be missed easy if you're not paying attention.

Well, the alerts system would be a mod, if anything. I lack the coding ability to do it myself.
