A pretty good three-way crossover between Harry Potter, Raildex and Hellsing that's only on QQ far as I know. Only has 3 pages of discussion despite having 286k words, just one of those stories that failed to gain traction for whatever reason.
Still being updated too.

I prefer masculine oriented novels and less sci-fi. I think I read every ASOIAF fic and ninja's tanya the evil crossover is peak for me. Seinen style anime. I am a sucker for video game stuff done well too.

Some of the fics are also posted in A03, but reading them here with comments and other things like artworks might be better. Some fics that have been crossposted to SB or other sites also have been culled of the NSFW parts, but those I am not going to mention here.
An Oasis Gilded in White Silver by PsylentFox. I actually created my account to read this fic, I think it was worth it. Tanya reincarnates in her third life in Cyberpunk 2077 pre-canon and pre-Edgerunners. Sadly is not finished and as far as I am aware is dropped. Tanya actually manages to have a good life all things considered.
Best of Intentions by Ideas-guy. A SI in Resident Evil who has the Artificer D&D class. It is complete. I haven't seen works of the author outside of QQ but idk if all of his stories are just posted here. This one could had been posted in other sites without problem I think.
Fool's World by Ideas-Guy. This one is kind of hard to explain without spoiling things. Although it says multicross is more of jump chain and it was just the first world and the start of the second before it was basically dropped. The start goes into Fate during the Holy Grail War with Shirou and goes from there. I like it and I think that it could had just ended in Fate at least as Vol. I if catch my meaning.
Ideas-Guy has a few good works. One of them a Dune/ASOIAF cross of Paul isekai'ed into Planetos. I think tho that one was also in Royal Road.
I would recommend to read ClaCla's (ClarencelackClarity) stories, just be aware that basically all the SIs are genderbent. As far as I have seen ClaCla only post stores here in QQ.
The voices, tHe VoIcEs by ClaCla. Psyker character from 40k Darktides SI into DxD just before canon. It is one of the oldest works of ClaCla and the idea of write was been thrown around. Unfinished but I liked.
My Good Girl Era by ClaCla. SI by CYOA into Bonesaw (Worm). Basically a Bonesaw redemption story. Unfinished too but a good and lengthy work.
Poorly Tempered Impulse Control by ClaCla. Tinker of Fiction SI in Worm as the cousin of Emma Barnes. This one is basically finished just lacks the closing arc which the author is working on and posting. It had a bit of controversy because Berserk as a setting got dropped and smashed things around. It got resolved but some people do not like how grim Berserk is.
Soul Art Online by Crossedge. A crossover between SAO and DxD where a SI has already gone through the DxD world and created the death game of SAO instead of the original creator. Has a lot of crossovers/cameos like Log Horizon. This definitely is NSFW.
The author Crossedge also has other works, popular, in the site.
Delightful Duty by voivode_writer. Smut, the author writes a lot of smut. Basically Jon Snow time travels to before the Dance and hook ups with Rhaenyra. I have seen this and other works of the author in A03.
He also has other works here and in A03, all smut with plot as far as I have seen. Not bad writer imo but is smut heavy.
A New Sun by Karmatic. A Si into the a demigod son of Amaterasu in DxD. It has smut on it like any DxD story and I have only seen it here. I like it, the idea and prompt of the fic is quite unique in my opinion.
A Young Woman's Path of Iron by BenMalek. I think it qualifies as Sennin if we go by manga standards. Youjo Senki x Marvel. Tanya reincarnates in her third life as the younger sister of Dr. Doom. The fic is a bit heavy but it is worth a read, and I haven't seen it outside of QQ.
Surviving in a World of Magic and Superheros by AStoryForOne. I like the stories of this author, if you like this check others out. A fusion between Fate and Worm. A SI in an OC that is a Magus and second owner of Brockton Bay. Also haven't seen outside QQ.
The author also has other works worth the read here in QQ. AStoryForOne.
The Second Rise of the Faerie Queen by Cosmic dream. Short fic and unfinished. A SI into Ciara, the Faerie Queen (Worm). This is a prompt I have seen like twice and as far as I am aware the work is only here in QQ, and it was good. Even if unfinished might worth the read.
American Magical Girl by Skelethin. A story with smut, not smut with plot exactly, but it does appear like that sometimes. A reincarnation in DxD as an OC. The MC goes bonkers with Magic and ends up recreating Magical Girl (Mahout Should) in DxD. Haven't seen works of the author outside QQ. The Muse hasn't returned for this fic yet for what I understand of the author comments, not really dropped just in a hiatus.
Skelethin does have other works here, also with a lot of smut but I will consider them still stories with smut more than smut with plot.

57. One of the better work in the DxD universe as far as I am concerned. The MC (female) reincarnates as an Oni and a lot of time later realizes that she is in DxD. Pre-SlashDog. The story is also in A03.
A Tale of Ice and Fire by 48Tarantulas. The story is also in A03. The Starks are a noble family in the Empire in Warhammer Fantasy. There are a lot of other characters like Tanya and cameos of like Esmeralda (Disney).
Hollow Hope by HeWhoMakesTheSunRises. This one is also in A03. A SI as the younger brother of Kuisha Abbadon in DxD pre-canon. Uses the power of Hole to basically multiverse travel. Edgecross has a similar fic under name of Ace in the Hole, but this one has been long running whole the other recently got a few updates. I think one inspired the other.
One Piece – Halfway Broken by NovusPeregrine. I think it also is in A03, but I am not really sure, I would bet that is not. Basically someone SIs as Luffy before Shanks even visits Luffy's town. The MC has a system and well wrecks canon by basically from the start, Luffy has another Devil Fruit.
