Fate/Change DxD

Hmm well, I'm not in Kansas anymore. I guess that's obvious with me being in an empty Void. I try not to look at one space too long or else it might stare back. Luckily I didn't have to wait long when a screen popped up.

Celestial Worksop
Mystical Forge (Jade Empire)
You have obtained a forge capable of creating gems, as well as upgrading any of your weapons to their fullest potential. The staff known as Golden Star can become Tien's Justice, and the sword known as Fortune's Favorite can become the Demon Sword. Furthermore, this forge can upgrade your weapons, increasing the skill it takes to use them, but enhancing their abilities by 50% ... provided you are willing to think of a cool name and backstory for them. The forge is a stickler for tradition.

Gromwood (Skulduggery Pleasant V1.05)
This house on a hill, large enough to be considered a manor, has come into your possession, perhaps after the death of a relative. While it has many rather ominous pictures on its walls and no small amount of unused sports equipment, the house's true appeal is what lies underneath it. Through a secret passageway, you may access an extensive labyrinth hidden below the property. This labyrinth called the Caves of the Void, is home to a variety of monsters capable of smelling magic, which they use to hunt intruders. You, of course, won't be hunted by these beasts (unless you want to be, for whatever reason). Within this maze are veins of a special black crystal, which has been a key component used to create weapons like the Sceptre of the Ancients, capable of killing gods. And in the deepest part of the caves is the Source Fountain, a pool that turns whatever you place within it magical. The house is completely paid off and has free running water, electricity, AC, and secure internet.

Progressive Estate (Fate/Legends - Strange New World)
No man of science is complete without his laboratory of choice and neither can a proper magus be found without a workshop to house his life's work. It's much rare that both are found in the same place, however. This rather luxurious, lush, and expansive estate you now own, with a few hundred acres of land and a very sizable manor house, is just window dressing. Attached to that fancy house up there is a combined laboratory/mansion the size of the very mansion it is attached to. Filled with technology and academic research at the very cutting edge of the 20th century, and somehow a few steps further in some cases, on three different fields of technology as well as a wide range of magecraft tools, research, and notes on three magical topics of choice that would be well regarded even in the upper echelons of the Mages' Association. While each side is already quite impressive, it is the small library regarding the efforts of the previous owner of the home to find applications towards mixing each side that is the hidden gold here. Notes on how to truly bring out the potential of technology with magecraft and vice versa are here. As well as all this, the entire estate, manor, and laboratory are surrounded by multiple layers of defense and obfuscation of both technological and magical means. A small army could not break in, even if they could find the place. You may import a property into this.

Ritual Room (Highschool DxD)
It's a little difficult to practice complex magical formulas in public, so you came prepared. This is a room styled to your preferred magic system of choice, and all magic you personally perform within this room will enjoy both greater efficiency in mana and greater power. Also comes with spooky robes and basic ritual equipment and reagents for free.

Oh shit, this is real? Dam... I guess I'm really being isekai'd looks like I'm headed for DxD - hopefully without ExE!

Loading the world…

…Loading complete sending you there

Well that didn't take that long, guess it's time. Everything's fading to black.

I woke up standing in front of a small Japanese-style apartment. I go up to the door and knock on it and guess who opens it motherfluffing Da Vinci from Fate/Grand Order! She earned that Golden Rule skill I mean gods dam she's gorgeous.

"Hello," I say, trying to break the awkward silence. A wide grin forms on her face and I start sweating profusely as she drags me inside. Intellectually I knew she was going to be my companion here but knowing is different from seeing.

"Well, it's nice you've decided to show up. I've been stuck here for hours. Luckily I had your extensive library to pass the time but still!" Da Vinci exasperatingly said, making me wonder how all those perks combined here. While thinking I felt a key drop into my pocket grabbing it sent a wave of knowledge through my head. I now know this key will open the door to a personal dimension while the door I just came through is a more permanent one for my public persona to use.

Da Vinci stares intently at me for a minute then runs off coming back with a full-body mirror. I stand stock still staring at myself not comprehending the changes to my appearance. I really have been turned into David, haven't I? I noticed a sword hanging from my belt that looked to be sealed. I look towards Da Vinci askingly.

"From what I understand you've been given everything he had as a heroic spirit plus the sword of strange hangings that have been sealed, as well as multiple forms aligned with the main classes and four extra classes of the grail that we will have to figure out as we go," she explains, "note, before you try know that you'll be stuck in whatever form until you use all your noble phantasms, and you won't be able to change to that form again until the day after tomorrow and won't be able to change again today either."

"Ok," I acknowledged, "now what should we do?"

"Now I'll give you the tour, " Da Vinci said, "First we've got the main hall, notice how gothic it looks. The Library that came with the Gromwood mansion is to the left, also very gothic, and the dining room is to our right again very gothic. Everything is very gothic in this part of the place. If we go straight we'll come to the foyer that has the stares down to the progressive estate, mystic forge, and ritual room. Under that is the labyrinth/mine. To the left of the foyer is the Gromwood study and dressing room to the right is a waiting room, forward is the gallery, and to the left and right are drawing rooms. Finally, for this part of the place we have five guest bedrooms and three full bathrooms upstairs. So what do you think so far?"

"It's quite fascinating," I say, "How it all fits in this pocket dimension plus the design is quite eccentric. Maybe we can redesign it later?"

"We could potentially remodel it. Oh, and I forgot to mention it but we have maids I got to design." She said making me start sweating again worrying for my chastity.
"It's getting late so let's head down and finish the tour" We head downstairs to a vastly different-looking place.

"Now for my favorite part of this place," Da Vinci said with some excitement, "This is an ever-expanding place that will always have more rooms than you need. Right now it has the master bedroom, my bedroom, the servant's area, two workshops, a library, the ritual room, the mystic forge, a study, a spare empty room, and a communal bath/hot spring." I can imagine which one is her favorite room.

We headed to the study for a more comfortable place to talk. When we went in I felt like I just entered Dumbledore's office. It was a cozy place with a paradoxical view of the outside as if we were above ground. Sadly there was no Fawkes the Phoenix. But there were a lot of books and trinkets. When we went in I felt like I just entered Dumbledore's office. It was a cozy place with a paradoxical view of the outside as if we were above ground. Sadly there was no Fawkes the Phoenix. But there were a lot of books and trinkets. I go to sit down at the chair behind the desk while Da Vinci sits at the other one.

"So what should I call you?" I ask, "I can't just keep calling you Da Vinci, especially in public."

"Call me Leonarda, it's the feminine version of my name and is in my Paper Trail," the now-named Leonarda said, "I've got all our paperwork right here if you want to take a look?" She handed me the folders.

As I look through the folders it seems we are the last known living descendants of this world's Leonardo Da Vinci, which is ironic seeing as I have the real deal sitting in front of me. And what's even more funny is that it shows that I'm the son of Leonarda. It also shows that I'm enrolled in Kuoh Academy which is another funny thing since I'm probably going to have to make friends with devils. Me being in the body of one of the greatest men of God.

"So what do you think?" Leonarda asked.

"It was very funny," I replied, "Especially the part where we are the descendants of this world's you."

"Yeah, that was funny. Now that it's getting late we need to get up early to get you to school for your supplies and to make sure everything's in order." Leonarda reminded.
When I got to my room I noticed how big it was. My bed was a king-size four-poster bed with silk sheets and a large wardrobe and desk next to it. I head to the door that leads to the bathroom noticing a phone on a little bedside table with a menu I remember I haven't eaten yet so I go and order some food for after my shower.

When I went into the bathroom the first thing that stood out was the bathtub. It was huge, basically a swimming pool. I can't imagine how big the communal bath is. I ignored it in favor of the shower which was pretty big too with five shower heads and three of those rain-style heads. I get undressed and take a quick shower. When I get out I notice a nicely folded set of pajamas on the sink with an eye patch next to it making me realize that I've been going this entire time without my mystic eyes acting up so I rush to put it on so that it doesn't cause any damage when it does activate. This is gonna take some time to get used to. I also noticed I hadn't seen any of the maids around. I shrug and go to bed praying for a good day tomorrow. Unknowing of the interesting day I'll have tomorrow.

Edit. Just some grammar and spelling

A few quibbles and suggestions, mixed with a glass of wine - assimilate or ignore as you like:

Starting off with "Hm welp" - I'm guessing the intention is to be a bit blasé about things? Or trying to play off falling through the void/infinity? It can feel a bit samey for readers to have the "oh yeah, I isekai:d I guess, what's for dinner" MC-style hit you in the face to start off. This is your chance to grab us readers by our tonsils (or eyeballs, whatever you use to read) and slam the, well, the character of your main character into it! Exploit it!

(a confused MC perspective can often work, particularly since you're planning on slapping them with the ~tasty~ davinci in a little bit! come on, they just flew past the Screaming Eternities and didn't even get a T-shirt, your MC deserve experiencing a bit of awe!)

Minor quibble: "Loading the world..." "Loading complete sending you there" should probably be on different lines, otherwise there's no feeling of time passing between the first and the second part.

The voice of your MC falls a bit flat; I'd like them to express joy, fear, delirious madness - SOMETHING! Or be obviously in shock, that can work too. Anything but not flat, like a harem protagonist in a made-for-summer anime that will never get a second season. You know the ones I'm talking about (if not, good for you!).

Detailed quibbles below on the start:

"Hm welp I'm definitely not in Kansas anymore. Well I guess that's kind of obvious with me being in an empty Void. I try not to look at one space too long or else it might stare back. Luckily I didn't have to wait long when a screen popped up."
<puts on hockey mask> It's time to cut these sentences up and stitch them together, boys! <starts running chainsaw and superglue editor device>

=> "Welp, I'm definitely not in Kansas anymore - I guess that's kind of obvious, what with me being in an empty Void. Looking too long in any particular direction makes me feel like it stares back. Luckily, I didn't have to wait too long for something to happen - in this case, a perfectly normal screen popping up in the middle of my viewfield:"

"Fascinating, guess I'm being isekai'd. looks like I'll be going to DxD. Hopefully without ExE."

=> "Oh shit, this is real? Damn... I guess I'm really being isekaied - looks like I'm headed for DxD - hopefully without ExE!"

"Well that didn't take that long, guess it's time. Everything fades to black"

=> "At least it didn't take that long - or did it? Everything's fading to black, and-"

"I wake up standing in front of a small Japanese style apartment. I go up to the door and knock on it and guess who opens it motherfluffing Da Vinci from Fate/Grand Order! She definitely earned that Golden Rule skill I mean gods dam she's gorgeous"

=> "I come to, standing in front of a small Japanese style apartment and, feeling drawn to it, I walk up to the door and knock on it. To my surprise, it turns out that motherfluffing Da Vinci (of Fate/Grand Order and also DeviantArt). She definitely earned that Golden Rule skill - I mean, gods damn, she's gorgous and oh shit she's talking to me:"

Finally, please do a quick pass in a word processor - unless you are wedded to your protagonist's voice being very special and weird, having words that are misspelled, punctuation that - at least I - feel is missing hurts the readability of your story.
