Welcome to my Magi-The Labyrinth of Magic quest, inspired by the manga: in this quest you'll be an OC that will grow with you; you'll be capable to shape yourself and the world around you with events, and you'll meet the characters from the manga. The Quest starts about one year before the start of the manga.

Name: The Name of our character; don't pull any american names or anything like that: you'll have to choose a name typical of the culture associated with your born nation.

Age: Any Age, but try to make him neither too small or old

[] Fanalis [The strongest phisically but have the littlest reserves of Magic. Capable of use Djinn, but only for limited time because of their reserves.]

[] Human (If you're from Imuchakk you'll be a Giant) [Best at the use of Djinns, talent to be skilled in everything beside magic, adaptable, with average stats (without counting the bonus and the Giant Status if you're one)]

After this choice there will be the stats assignement and bonus and things like that. Remember that if you choose Human you'll be pretty normal, if you're Giant Human you'll be stronger and you'll have more endurance and defence (but not strong like a fatalis, who is fast too), but you'll be slower. You will not capable of use Magic, but if you unlock a djinn you'll be capable of use it, as magicans can't. Fanalis can use them too, but they have little magoi (magical energy) so they aren't the best ones at use them. I'll leave the following links to help you understand the series, but you can even avoid them since I'll explain them in the quest.

Personality: Blunt and to the point, Zeref is a proud warrior who will say what is on his mind, not seeing a need for deceit. He will only willingly bow his head to someone who can best him in one on one combat.

Background: Zeref is the half-human/half-fanalis son of a Human Noblewoman and her Fanalis paramour. He took pride in his inborn strength and he grew up loved by his parents. As he grew older he pushed his body harder to increase his strength in hopes of becoming as strong as his father. He eventually decided he should try the challenges of a dungeon.

Yes, you can. The difference is that a Full Fanalis will have stronger physical stats, while an Half Blood will have a little weaker physical stats but greater magoi reserves, especially if we are talking about an hybrid born with a Magican (in this case he is even weaker).
To make it simple to understand I'll make a quick table who doesn't contain the true stats but gives the idea.

Fanalis:
Pure: 3 Body/-2 Magoi
Half-Blood (Normal Human): 2 Body/-1 Magoi
Half-Blood (Giant): 3 Body (-1 Speed)/-1 Magoi
Half-Blood (Magican): 1 Body/0 Magoi

Can a half breed Magican use Djinn?
 
He still can't, because his natural magic power, which is "active", unlike those of Human and Fanalis, goes against the one of the Djinn.
By the way if want to go to serve some lord with djinns, like Sinbad, you can, but if you acquire the status as Household member (which is basically like having a small part of the Djinn power and the possibility to take a less powerful monster form similar to the Djinn aspect permanently) you'll not capable anymore to have a Djinn.

Fanalis are pretty cool and op, they can kick asses with their fists: their only problem is that they have little magoi so if they aren't Hybrids it's pretty useless to use Djinns.
Anyway, I will leave for sometime so people can see the quest and vote: I'll close when I feel there are enough.

You can't be skilled with magic if you're aren't a magican or have a Djinn :p Also, the abilities and stats will be chosen later, after we have chosen the character.

It seems that burning's character is winning.... I'll leave it open for a little while before closing.
Anyway, Djinn Dungeons will be difficult: I'll not block you from trying, since anyway they will usually change the diffuculty depending on the person (it depends on the djinn it contains), but you'll have to make good rolls. Later, after we finish with the character selection I'll make a list of the Djinn you can capture; obviously a lot of the canon djinn are already been taken, so the choice will be a little limited (22 on 72)
However, if you want really want some Djinn we can do something, possibly.

I'll close tonight since I have nothing to do :p Anyway Guys remember that we are one year before the manga, so for example you could even just grab Amon for yourself and Morgiana too, maybe even meeting a travelling Aladdin and things like that.

We can't since Ugo isn't a "true" Djinn, he is the guardian of the other world and he stays with Aladdin only to help him, so only Aladdin can use him, but he can't use the Djinn equip and things like that, only summon him. If you meet him you can decide to travel with him, especially if you make a good impression on him. Aladdin will still lose Ugo because it's important for his growth, but if you want to save him you can (but I don't advise that, since it's because of that fact that Aladdin becomes OP).
 
We'll simply reveal that we managed to save Ugo after Aladdin has become OP.
 
Well, kinda impossible since Ugo isn't really dead: Aladdin grows because he meets in his sleep Ugo in the holy palace, and he talks to him, realizing few things, so he'd know anyway.
