Welcome to my Magi-The Labyrinth of Magic quest, inspired by the manga: in this quest you'll be an OC that will grow with you; you'll be capable to shape yourself and the world around you with events, and you'll meet the characters from the manga. The Quest starts about one year before the start of the manga.

Name: The Name of our character; don't pull any american names or anything like that: you'll have to choose a name typical of the culture associated with your born nation.

After this choice there will be the stats assignement and bonus and things like that. Remember that if you choose Human you'll be pretty normal, if you're Giant Human you'll be stronger and you'll have more endurance and defence (but not strong like a fatalis, who is fast too), but you'll be slower. You will not capable of use Magic, but if you unlock a djinn you'll be capable of use it, as magicans can't. Fanalis can use them too, but they have little magoi (magical energy) so they aren't the best ones at use them. I'll leave the following links to help you understand the series, but you can even avoid them since I'll explain them in the quest.

Personality: Blunt and to the point, Zeref is a proud warrior who will say what is on his mind, not seeing a need for deceit. He will only willingly bow his head to someone who can best him in one on one combat.

Background: Zeref is the half-human/half-fanalis son of a Human Noblewoman and her Fanalis paramour. He took pride in his inborn strength and he grew up loved by his parents. As he grew older he pushed his body harder to increase his strength in hopes of becoming as strong as his father. He eventually decided he should try the challenges of a dungeon.

You're Zeref Dragneel, a blunt and honest, always to the point red head. You consider yourself a proud and strong warrior, and you respect only someone stronger than you. You don't think lying has any meaning, so you're the type of person who rarely tells a lie. You're hot-headed, but adaptable.

You're born from an Human Noblewoman, your dear and caring mother, and her Fanalis paramour, your strong but gentle father. Differently from many Fanalis, while born from a love outside marriage, you're still respected by the servants of your manor, and your parents love you without problems: it helped the fact that the first and holy husband your mother had died of an illness before he could even leaving an heir to your noble house, making you the heir, even with your status as a "bastard".

The city where you live, your home, is Balbadd, a small but powerful country, center of many tradings between the major nations, like Sindria. It's also famous for its maritime activies, for which it's only second to Reim. It's a monarchy: the Saluja Royal Family has been ruling the country for many generations, and the actual king is Ahbmad Saluja; you actually think of him as fatso idiot without guts.

Returning to youself, from the tender age you always pushed yourself to make your body better and stronger, hoping to reach the level of your father, a pure-blood Fanalis: at the age of 13 you're already more strong than the average person, and you easily beat anyone who isn't trained.

Now, you wish to travel to pursue the way of the warrior, and grow stronger facing many rivals. Your parents gave you permission to go, but ask you to bring with yourself at least 2 companions from the ones present in the manor, at the service of your family.

Chosen who shall travel with you, obviously you have to decide where to go; for now the next stop will be:
[] Qishan: you heard there is a dungeon there, so it may be a good starting point: it's also the nearest of your actual choices.
[] Sindria: you heard of this prominent country who rised in the last ten years, and you're curios to see how is it. You've also heard that Sinbad, the king, is famous for having 7 Djinn under his power; it seems this Djinns are from the Dungeons, so perhaps if you're fortunate enough he could help you in this adventure in someway.
[] Reim Empire: you heard of the incredible gladiators, and the tribe who know how to manipulate the magoi in ways no magican can do: maybe you could learn some tricks there. There is also the rumor that they have a group of warriors composed of only Fanalis! How much you wish to meet them is only know to you, since the only Fanalis you've only know till now is your father.

Having chosen where to go, the day after you give your last goodbyes to everyone in the manor, promising to return from time to time, you prepare youself and finally start your journey!

You decide to bring with you Aamir and Aisha: you feel that they will be be useful for a long trip, even if you're little sad leaving behind the rest of your comrades; a day you will return and maybe travel with them too.

You bring with you a bag with your main possessions: Instruments to draw, Money, Notes, Paper, Clothes, Food, Water, etc... and obviously your weapon, a long spear of good material that has always been useful to you. You remember with fondness when Heiyu's father taught you and her how to use this kind of weapon, and the afternoons dedicated to learning stances and to conditionate your body. You also bring with you your books about the Magoi, the Djinns, and others about arguments like How to be a good leader, how to charm people, Control the Market, etc...: you have no doubt that they will necessary, and you can also learn more things reading them, even if you think that you have to buy other books; while you aren't a genius or extremely intelligent, you enjoy gaining new informations, especially if they mesh well with your combat abilities, which you learn pretty quickly if you have something to say about it.

You decide then that your first travel shall be toward Qishan, the nearest town: while it isn't famous for anything, you know that there is a Dungeon there, so perhaps you could try it, or at least learn more from the population that there isn't in the book.

The trip from Balbadd to Qishan isn't long, since you just take a day of fast travel to arrive: it's fortunate that your body and those of your servants are trained to sustain fatigue, and you find easy to resist to the harsh heat of the desert. Nothing happens that bring your attention, and the trip is uneventful: you spend your night in the desert without trouble and the following morning you arrive in the town: it's bigger than you through, but not as Balbadd.

You quickly found a place where to pass the night: you have the money to pay anything you want, but your parents decided that you should only buy the necessary for living decently (and some other things too), so you shall buy weapons and other secondary things alone, with your own funds. You're fine with their decision, since you want anyway to test your abilities in gaining money.

Now that you're in the city, you have to decide what to do for the day:

Having decided what to do you prepare youself for the day, after storing the things you don't need in the room you rented.

In the morning you decide to learn more about dungeons: you go to see it and you're surprised by his size; it's like a castle in the center of the city with a strange structure.
Unfortunely you don't meet anyone who is able to tell you more about the dungeon than what you already knew about them: even some rumors could have helped you.

In the Afternoon you decide to visit the market with your servants in order to buy groceries, maybe hoping that something or someone could catch you attention after the delusion of before. Nothing happens, and you have to shrug and close the exploration of the city for today.

In the evening, after Dinner, and before going to bed, you decide to relax and train at the same time, doing so by meditating.
The Meditation go well, and you feel better: you also notice that your magoi went up a bit, which is a good thing, especially seeing that you're a Fanalis (or at least an Half One).

After a quick breakfast you decide to spend the morning relaxing: you also meditate a little to balance your internal magoi.
You costantly feel the magoi stream in your body and balance itself between every part of it, straining you reserves but also helping build them up.
The meditation gives you good results, and you feel that your magoi reserves are a little bigger.

In the Afternoon you decide to explore the part of the city around the dungeon, hoping to gain some information: you're fortunate because you meet an old man that is able to tell you what he knows.
It seems that the dungeon rised about 9 nine years ago, and till now 10000 people entered, without ever returning from what they say; from this it gained the name "Stair Way to Death": you're excited by it and you feel that it could be a good challenge.
People who go near it say that you can feel intense heat from the entrance of dungeon, making you think that, based on what your notes and stories say, could mean that the Djinn who should be there is aligned with Fire Type Magoi, a good offensive element that you wouldn't dislike for sure. However these are all theories, as you don't know much about the legendary creatures called Djinn.
At the end of Afternoon you feel more prepared to face the dungeon, if you ever took up the challenge.

You decide to close the day with a trip to the Brothel to have some fun: it isn't the first time you go to one, and while you don't usually engage in sexual activities like one would think, you often go there to enjoy the company of beautiful girls thst aren't your childhood friends.

On the place you meet this blonde guy which has a good aura on him: it feels strong enough, charimastic, and things like that.

He told you where you can find him, and that he will remain in Qishan as he work there, so you don't have to worry about not finding him.
You part later at night and you go to sleep, tired from the day.

On the third day in Qishan you decide to start off in the morning by training your control on Magoi: the training is releasing Magoi in preorderd steps that help you control the emission of the magoi, refining your ability to control it; to you it's an extremely useful skill to train as you're a Fanalis and because of that you need to not use too much Magoi, or you would finish to use it all in one go.

In the afternoon you decide to go again to the market, hoping to find something interesting: you spend most of the time of the day there, but it is a pretty boring day; in fact, you're unfortune and enranged because a thief almost robbed you, if it wasn't that Aisha saw him immediately: you punched him pretty bad before letting him go, and you ended the day without any event.

As usual you decide to end the day meditating, in order to increase your natural magoi reserves: you do it pretty good, better than usual, and you're able to close yourself from the world and only concentrate on your magoi, letting you build it up in greater quantity.
