Potential Rule 8 violation in-story?

From an unpublished chapter of a fic of mine? Does the bolded violate Rule 8?

"With her fingers, Amity began counting. "You went postal towards Vee for trying to cheer you up, you've made fun of Luz for being a 'Disney adult', you keep making passive-aggressive remarks about Pacifica's and I status, you made a little girl cry, you got into a fight with another girl at the mall, you keep making snide remarks when we were watching a Marvel movie, you made Dipper and Mabel uncomfortable with your rants about Israel, and just earlier today you were rude to Pacifica and you belittled Luz's fanfic!"

"Ok first of….." Lupita began defending her previous actions, "How else was I supposed to react to Vee prancing around as a dead loved one? Second, I just want Luz to hold the Mouse accountable. Third, you two are rich and privileged and need to realize it. Fourth, I didn't mean to, I was just bringing her closer to reality. Fifth, am I not allowed to voice my opinion on corporate pro-military capeshit slop? Sixth, I was just venting about the horrific genocide going on and how Israel has their pocket in the US government. I am anti-Zionist, not anti-Semitic. And don't lie to me by saying Pacifica wasn't throwing out micro aggressions and I was only giving constructive criticism to Luz!""

My understanding, as a non-moderator, is that as long as it stays in-story you should be fine, but if it spills out into the thread that is at least one rule 8 violation (not necessarily yours). But see also this mod post.

Separately, you have a grammar error in the bolded section. The idiom is "X has Y in their pocket", not "X has their pocket in Y".

Separate from this thread's question, the user that post was directed towards had asked ~ten rule questions that month, ~eight of which were Rule 8 related - we got a bit fed up.

Also, and I know I should leave it alone, it would not be "They have a pocket" the euphemism is generally "They have a hand in your pocket" because that was a favorite of my grandpa's. He was talking about feather merchants. (politicians)
