Rule 5 Question and Suggestion???

    Backstory: The only website I post on now is QQ, but I happened upon a really good fan fiction on Webnovel, so I made an account to leave a good review and a nice message in the comments. But after this something happened on webnovel that makes me want to rant.
    Question: Where would I post me rant? I looked through the rant thread and searched for 'webnovel' but found no equivalent for the "Stupid Shit on SB [Rants]" thread, so do I make a thread with the possibility of doubling up on a thread that is already there but i could not find, or post it on a thread that is kind of similar.
