Okay, THAT comparison isn't quite right. Not yet at least. At his peak, magnus will most likely be comparable to Salavtore Doni, but Doni was so good as to be able to cut through CONCEPTS, Not just physical things, BUT THE VERY CONCEPTS SOMETHING WAS MADE OF. It'll be a long time before that is possible.

Oh I agree. I just said that Magnus's path reminded me of him.
Doni is BULLSHIT.
The guy became a Campione with nothing but sheer skill with a blade. Against a Heretic God of Steel. A Heretic God known for his legendary swords skills.... And of course, legendary sword.
Doni was human and had a regular steel sword. And won.
I don't recall all of the Campione's origin fights, but I recall that Doni's was fucking bullshit. Even by the BULLSHIT standards that ALL the Campione have in principal.
Doni BEFORE becoming a Campione probably could have fought Nasuverse Saber servants and won.
Magnus is NOT at that level yet.
But I see enough to believe that the Yet is needed.

But Doni also looked at his character sheet and judged everything but SWORD to be a dump Stat, while Magnus can still take five steps without stopping to chew his gum, so I think Magnus is still the better man.

Don't worry, since Magnus is a Devil, he has a lot of time to improve his hax.
 
I'm guess that what magic he does have he uses to make swords? Either by spawning more as needed or shaping random stuff (like rocks, or clothes, or corpses) into swords when he needs one?

I dont think so. To do that, he must have more talent. Maybe for his magic is more passive effect or strengtheing magic.
 
Maybe he can train so hard that he can cut anything with just one slash. One Slash Man?

I've re-read the part and found something pretty interesting. Doni's post-ascension has his arm wield back together, so whatever happened in that duel, Doni won the fight one-armed. So, yeah, he's pretty awesome. Although, he did become a godslayer with a skill in spearmanship and swordsmanship, since he disarmed the god by using a lance and later use the god's sword to fight him.

So, double points for Doni?

Doni used a spear first against the Heretic God. That spear is from Saint George, so it could not have been ordinary in the first place.

More specifically, Doni got possessed by the Heretic God Saint George. Who traveled to the fairy land to fight Naudha.

When Naudha defeated George and kicked him out of Doni's body. Doni then challenged Naudha to a fight and disarmed him before using Naudha's own weapon to kill the god; becoming a Campione.

What makes it different than a normal spear when Doni can't really access its latent power? It can hurt a god which is the barest minimum needed for him to fight, so, yes, it is no different than a durable spear in Doni's hand.

Insane skill is a 100% valid tactic to becoming a campione.

Lou Hou, the Chinese Campione, dodge tanked so hard that the god she was fighting started shadow cloning itself to have enough arms to hit her. And she eventually won by just tricking the god to accidentally strike themselves.

Luo Hao still has her magic, but I think Doni is much more impressive where he doesn't have anything under his belt other than the god's divine sword which Nuada explicitly said that Doni can't even use it as a simple blade. Basically, Doni bludgeon Nuada to death which is highly impressive considering god of steel's universally high durability traits.

I think Nuadha was so impress with Doni, he didn't use Authorities. Just a 1v1 with pure skills.

Im not sure about it. I think its wiill take 5 or more years before evil piece is shared to noble devil by Ajuka. Its possible at the time serafall get evil piece from Ajuka, Magnus is more powerfull than Serafall. Or he not, and Serafall can make him her queen or knight in my opinion.
 
A few grammar mistakes in the writing .
Also I don't like how dxd writers try to cover up slavery . So can the mc make a suggestion to Ajuka so that evil piece can reincarnate only if the receiver agrees to it .

I think slavery using evil piece only count if you use it to other race. If evil piece only use to another devil, its can be count as rise up in power and status.
