Transferring posts from other fora?

To whatever admin or mod it may concern,

On another forum, I have roughly seventy chapters of a story I'm writing, which I would like to make available for reading on this forum. Is there an easy way to scrape the posts from SB or SV to copy into a thread here, or will I have to do it all manually?
