• The site has now migrated to Xenforo 2. If you see any issues with the forum operation, please post them in the feedback thread.
  • An addendum to Rule 3 regarding fan-translated works of things such as Web Novels has been made. Please see here for details.
  • The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
  • Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
  • The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.

I recently made a post on Groon the Walker's profile complaining about some minor issues with some of their old quests. In the quest there are these [dice]9042[/dice] tags now with large values in them (for example 9042 for a d100 dice throw) that don't seem to make sense. Perhaps it was some forum software issue that caused it? It was my second time reading it, and I don't remember seeing this issue when I first read the quest. I like the quest, and I think it would be great if the issue can be fixed. So I sent a message to the author to the quest about the issue, and I see a message saying that it's pending moderator approval, and a while later, the post is gone. What happened? Was the post not approved by moderator? Or was it deleted by the user? I am not familiar with the forum's interfaces, so apologies if I am missing something obvious.

(Edit: now I can see my post to the quest author again, with the message saying that it's awaiting moderator approval. So I guess it's just a forum software bug.)

Iirc, some of your posting privileges are not granted until after you make your first post on the forum proper as opposed to profile posts.

Your first post has to be approved in order to keep out bots.

The wierd numbers you're seeing for dice rolls in old quests is due to the fact that the XF2 dice roller and the XF1 dice roller handled rolls in different ways and the pre-changeover rolls are broken now.
