Where did the quest with Akadia Lethe of Callamus disappear to?

I remember there being a quest about a forgeworld called callamus lead by Akadia Lethe...
And I can't for the life of me find it. I searched SB, I searched SV, I searched here... its like it disappeared from the interwebs.
Anyone knows where it disappeared to?

... ok so, after posting this I had a brainwave.
instead of searching the quest sites directly I just googled it... and google delivered unto me a TV tropes page, and TV tropes linked to the... SB thread which was not the start of it. but it was a good starting point to find the rest

So, nevermind. Forget I asked.
