Here's a thought experiment:
Let's have multiple Capes - Both Heroes and Villains - from the WORM universe teleport into the One Punch Man universe.
Keep in mind, the humans from WORM and the Humans from OPM are vastly different compared to each other. Humans (even Capes) in WORM aren't capable of the same level of self-evolution as the OPM Humans.
Some Bio-Tinkers like Amy (Panacea) could alter the Biology of WORM capes to give them the OPM supernatural growth-rate, but not many have the will to break through theIr Limiter to reach S-Class Heros like Saitama, Blast, Tatsumaki, etc, because their Shards would either prevent them outright, or have messed with their psychology too much. *Cough* Alexandria *Cough* Some of the OPM scientists could figure it out like Dr. Genus from the House of Evolution or Psykos who created the Monster Cells.
Capes transforming into Shard-Enchanced monsters sound interesting. Perma-Dragon Lung with intact sanity, perhaps?
So, here we go:
1: Post Taylor Locker Incident.
2: Eidolon ends up bringing all 20 Endbringers with him. They follow the same schedule as before. Confused Ziz is Confused.
3: Scion eventually gets confused about where the Shards' Hosts disappeared to and investigates (Post Monster Association Arc.)
4: They can't teleport back to their native universe because of "God's" interference.
5: "God" can curb-stomp multiple True-Body Scions. (Read the One Punch Man Fan Comic by Cminglap)
6: They arrive two years before One Punch Man Canon. The Universe is Canon up until after the Monster Association Arc. (Most Read the Manga or WN. Rip Anime only viewers)
7: Their families also get teleported, which would be a shame if they get killed during one of the many city-destroying events or random monster attack.
8: The Native People of OPM can't get Shards. "God" won't allow any more parasites from entering his domain.
9: "God" allowed Scion to enter the OPM universe.
10: Every Cape from Brocktown Bay ends up in City Z. Everyone else is randomized unless they were part of a pre-existing group. Then the group ends up in a random location together. So the Slaughterhouse 9 would all end up in City Of together, or something.
11: Most Pre-Cog Capes don't work due so many OPM humans giving the finger to Fate and probability. See Saitama, Metal Bat, Blast, and Garou. (Thus Contessa becomes unreliable).
12: Blast knows about Scion and the Shards. He will proactively destroy the Shards as they are a threat to the continued existence of humanity, and he'll participate in the battle against Scion and "God". He won't begin destroying Shards until he can figure out a safe way to disconnect them from their hosts. Amy (Panacea) will be key here, but won't reveal her true ability until the Monster Association Arc because, if she didn't use her Bio-Tinker Skills, Her Sister (who was forcefully fed a Monster Cell) would still be a Monster. Blast finds out about Amy because, you know, her adoptive mother's a cunt that would blame Amy for turning her own sister into a Monster. Seriously, fuck Carol.
13: Zelretch did it.
14: Cauldron will try and hilariously fail at taking over the Heroes Association. Tatsumaki and other Espers would instantly pick up any mental tampering and investigate. Corrupting the Association via normal criminal means is still possible.
15: Best Girl Dragon ends up with the same doctor that created Genos. Naturally, he removed her restrictions and gives her a sexy android body! She also makes robot dragons...Genos girlfriend mayhaps?
16: WORM Villains normally don't have to worry about dying in their native Universe because of a lot of factors, so having OPM heroes suddenly start killing them without remorse and with government backing might make them pause. Some of the OPM heroes wouldn't hesitate to end them, to be honest. R.I.P. Empire88, SH9, and probably Yanban or Fallen.
17: "God" will try to influence the WORM natives, Shards, and Endbringers. It'll succeed with some but not others. Ziz is an obvious No, she's smart! But how 'bout Behemoth? Leviathan? Khan? I'm sure the SH9 would happily accept the deal, the Travelers too if Noelle gets cured...not. So "God" Blessed WORM natives are on the table.
18: Since the PRT aren't a thing in the OPM universe, many of the Wards would probably love joining the Heroes Association. Child Emperor is 10 during the Boros Arc, so if he could become S-Class? Why can't they? The Adults, however...yeah. A lot of friction between former PRT heroes and the HA Heroes might happen because of their policies. Murdering monsters instead of arrestimg them if they don't surrender would make the PRT Capes unhappy in some ways.
19: All new Triggers in the WORM universe automatically get teleported in with their loved ones into the OPM universe! "God" can't understand why the new Triggers show up, and it annoys him. It's Zelretch's fault, obviously.
20: Death is a high possibility. Game of Thrones logic activate!

23: The people in the WORM universe have no idea where everyone went and naturally, they freak out.
24: Yes. Birdcage Capes ended up in OPM too.
