(And yes, it's Astolfo! Specifically, I believe it's supposed to be a hypnotised or mind controlled Astolfo; I take the design in their eye to be representative of the swirly/blurry eyed hypno design aesthetic)

Honestly, no. I like big boobs, but there comes a point where the boobs are too much.
