After leaving her rural hometown to pursue a career in track & field by enrolling in Tokyo's Sakuragaoka High School, Hiyori Suzumi becomes manager-in-training for the high school idol duo LIP×LIP, who happen to be her classmates. Hijinks ensue as she tries to balance track, schoolwork, making new friends, and working in secret to manage LIP×LIP.
"And so they reached the Club of the 27, joining so many other greats!" the old woman reminisced fondly. "In a way, I didn't fail, did I? Under my watch, they burned bright before they could go out, didn't they? I did well, don't you think? Don't you!?"

Dusk Beyond the End of the World.
The series follows Akira Himegami, a man who was put into cryogenic sleep. Prior to this, he confessed his feelings to his foster sister Towasa Omaki, a noted AI developer, before they were both shot in an assassination attempt. Waking up 200 years later, he discovers that the world has changed: an organization called OWEL is in power and trying to control all pre-apocalyptic technology. Akira is rescued from their soldiers by Yugure, an android who proposes marriage to him, which he rejects. However, Akira believes that Towasa is still alive and aims to find her. He goes on a quest to find Towasa, with Yugure joining him on his journey.

Thus, Dusk Beyond the End of the World was born!
Using their ultra-super powers, Akira, Towasa, and Yugure have dedicated their lives to fighting crime and the forces of irrelevance!
I know I'm going to get most of these wrong. That's the joke.
