It should be the Warlock. Shiro has a schedule at the end of each chapter, with the next release being the rightmost one in the basic tier (besides the Inquisitor which updates frequently). If you're curious about his schedule just go to the most recently updated story and look at the end.

Aren't they called Conflict Engine 0-20. They're semi sentient machines. They don't have emotions.
In fanon it's only Simurgh that almost displays emotions, but her "siblings" are definitely dumb bots.
Canonically only Sion is emulating emotions, that's why he's depressed. All other Shards and EB's are cold machines.
I'm not a Worm expert though.
