I'm back, for how long I'm not sure because I've been swamped with work between youtube, and keeping up with my gaming addictions. But the prospect of doing some writing does sound enticing.
Got around to reading surpassing the original: three billion, seven hundred and forty two million, five hundred and twenty one thousand, four hundred and eighty nine....and two quarters.

Twas good, I give it like. Multiple fights mean multiple cliffhangers though, cruel and unusual punishment.

It feels like in Chinese stories characters will always leave their current lover/boyfriend/girlfriend/wife/husband/etc. when their old "white moonlight" (I guess this is like a 'first love' and a 'crush' and 'unobtained object' combined or something?) appears. Similarly, characters will always leave their lover/etc. if they are their childhood friend, if someone new, more interesting, etc. appears.

It's just, you know, Cyberpunk 2077 always felt like it was made, at least partly, as a game for non-V players, you know? Why do I have to play as V? Do I have to torment myself over and over again because you want to beat the message of how no one has a happy ending in Night City into my head? Why can't I just play as an actual random nobody or make my own story? V is too OP...

I do think Cyberpunk2077 would have been way better if you were just a random person exploring a sandbox. It might've been a lot harder to code or something, but Skyrim Except It's Cyberpunk would be super freaking cool

tbf, V was already a huge breakaway in terms of Player Choice and Customization compared to CDPR's other extremely successful game, Witcher 3. Where you play as Geralt and only Geralt and have absolutely no choice in the matter.

I don't think CDPR is the type of company to make games where you're just a random nobody. That's Bethesda's thing.
