I'm not sure you are supposed to be able use QQ with a VPN. I know for a fact that it's against the rule to log into SB and SV with one active and I think I remember something about them preventing people from logging in with a VPN, so I wouldn't be surprised if it was true of QQ too.
Could've sworn there wasn't one but I'll check...

... there's one on no duplicate accounts? ...zero clue what Point 3 of that one even is supposed to be saying but it still doesn't apply to me. I'm not an Artist nor an Author.
Need to check the SB Rules because fairly sure that's not a thing there either. VPNs aren't something anyone cares for usually.

Closest is Rule 13 under Point 3: don't be a jackass through the Fourth Wall, keep things consistent and Spoilered if it's too long for reasonable scrolling experience. Rule 13 is also the "no duplicates" Rule QQ has.
If it's a Rule then it's an informal one. I Know that Login Systems can have issues around VPNs but that's more because of how they work then any kind of forbidden-ness. While SB has lots of Rules with nuance the overall QQ Rules can best be summarized as:
1: don't be an asshole, at least try for the veneer of contributing to the Thread if possible and keep the Public side reasonably Teenager Friendly if not Child Friendly.
2: don't bring Legal Heat down on us
3: don't start a Flame War. Politics will do that.
4: if you're Banned then you're Banned and Account Deletion is a Tempban as opposed to the Permabans that avoiding a Ban will get you.
5: some words are Slurs, some are not. Wanna play Russian Roulette to figure out which ones? (This is why I usually added "whatever is the QQ appropriate Term" when it's a Fetish with multiple Names some of the common ones being subjectively decided to be Slurs. I have seen Words flipflop the fuck out in my life, I can't be bothered to keep track anymore let alone constantly going back to changing Posts from years ago to keep Mods from retroactively applying a new standard onto an old usage. I at least still try though)

They have the ToS Rule? But that's more for trying to undermine the Site functionality itself. VPNs aren't really something that
does that, they're more like alternative pathways by bouncing a signal from another location. Which is also what baffles me about why a VPN bypasses whatever this Bug is. The digidemons are eating my connection but... from my provider to the server? Only sometimes happens and a few hours at most. It also wouldn't impact a phone's ability to be connected to it via Data or Internet but having both on has the Bug and having only Data on doesn't and that ain't no VPN. I know the Sun has been getting uppity recently, maybe that's it?
