The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
Absolutely. 100%.
He's probably secretly thrilled.
The world is trying to rebuild, which serves him just fine as his power depends on the world functioning. He can probably gain influence all over the place just by helping people out. And why would the league stop him from helping? It would...
I genuinely don't get what Paul is trying to accomplish here.
And if this is a bill being publicly discussed by countries all over the world then Lex obviously already knows about it and is taking it into account of whatever plans.
Paul going to him just gives Lex the potential ability to try...
It would be a bit of a twist if this all turns out to be completely fine, everyone is trying their best and in good faith, and it's just Paul being a bit paranoid because he's becoming too focused on macro level problems. What this will do to civilization instead of will it actually help right...
Hmm...
Still feels like the bill is better than nothing. Most of it seems logical and just acknowledges the realities of a super hero setting. And it does have a way to repeal it even if it seems onerous.
A few adjustments and it should be fine.
Unfortunately there is almost certainly...
Valid. Completely valid.
But it feels like the same issue Orange was dealing with a few updates ago.
Yes. Something might cause problems in the future. That is a reasonable concern. But what are people supposed to do right now?
It might be a bad law. We don't know the details yet. But them...
Huh...
I wasn't expecting the partial memory recovery, acknowledgement of wrongdoing, and peaceful resolution.
Neat!
And now he has the rings back and can keep going while using them instead.
Well put. That's exactly what I was thinking about that debate.
Stuff is so messed up that worrying if the help you provide will mess up civilization is like worrying if clearing up part of a toxic radioactive spill might somehow damage the ecology.
Theoretically there is a chance it could...
FEMA being terrible at disaster relief doesn't really affect my argument.
If Paul did a really crappy job then complaints would be perfectly fine then as well.
But this is getting a bit too close to reality so... let's agree to disagree if temporary aid is viable or not.
Providing temporary aid won't make someone a villain.
The stuff disaster relief efforts build aren't meant for permanent habitation. They are meant to give people stability and survival until the disaster issues are resolved and they can handle their own survival. People don't get mad when the...
And don't provide luxuries. Just what they need to survive at a somewhat decent level and rebuild without having to worry about basic survival. To let them plan for months and years instead of days and weeks.
I fell like that argument doesn't really stand up. He could just do things that would save people but on a temporary basis. When they can stand on their own again take the powerplant down.
Sure people would be upset but they would be alive and non dependent. Everyone gets what they want more or...
