  • Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
  • Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
  • Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
  • The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.

  • I'm more inclined to give the benefit of the doubt when it comes to OC romance interests than when people pull characters from other fandoms. When Raven from teen titans falls out of the sky in a Wrath of the Lich King story, my eyebrows raise.
Read a Warcraft SI about a guy becoming a night elf Druid. It's really cool to read something so different than what I think- even if someone's fantasy is just chapters on training to become a tree. Also another reason why I could never make an Alliance character- you guys are just lame.
I can appreciate a story for what it is and what it isn't. The confusion comes from what the story seems to imply it wants to be.
If I piss in a meal you are enjoying, are you going to just quietly walk away? No? Then don't say "don't like, don't read."

The difference is that you paid for the meal or its ingredients while a story is something an author gave for free. I don't know what your feedback is, it could be constructive criticism but authors are not obligated to do anything, unless they were paid to

Time is a currency. When you are 80k words in, you have the right to an opinion. Good or bad, right or wrong, stupid or smart, you should never feel uncomfortable expressing yourself. "Don't like, don't read" is obnoxious because it kills discussion.

I don't demand anything from authors, I'm not a patreon. I just give an opinion that's worth the same as everyone else.

That's why I was saying I don't know the kind of commentary you give. Yea don't like, don't read is obnoxious but it isn't wrong. Obviously, you have a right to an opinion. idk my problem was more with the example you gave lol
