The correct form for a lone person would be, "Thou Art A Huntsman", else "Huntsmen" should be reserved for referring to multiple people at once; as in the context of, say, "Thou Art Huntsmen" or, perhaps, as an individual of a group in the sense of "Thou Art Of The Huntsmen".
