[Introduction Thread] 'Sup All

I'm new to this forum but not to forums. I'm in some ways new to words though, so word me.

I picked the name Rooter, because this is a writing forum and the book Xenocide (one of the books I have read) popped into my underused imagination. Rooter is not a boar like my new avatar of Disney Pumba but is a space sci-fi creature a little bit like a boar. He's a human boar.
 
Hello! I stumbled on here because someone linked a thing to another thing and it demanded I make an account, but this place seems pretty neat and I might stick around.

I've read a few quests, but never participated or written one, and maybe that could be fun! It is nice to meet everyone! (Terribly sorry if this is the wrong place for this, I've not much experience with forums)

Edit: I like foxes, history, tabletop rpgs, worldbuilding, girls, and foxgirls (in the sense of like a kitsune).
 
I can't quite remember the internet hole i fell down to get here but i bounced off Enter The Dragon, a fic i remember loving years ago when Doghead13 started it. I have decided to stay and root around a bit to entertain myself.

Anyway, Hello there! Came here looking for one SageOfEyes' Hikigaya fic, turns out it wasn't here, decided to explore this place a bit and found out many that I've been following in FF is here! Decided to stay and lurk for a while, and came to like this site, now I'm here with.. 80+tabs of QQ fics.

Hello world!

I'm referred here from fellow smut enjoyer Lurklad. I write a bunch of forbidden material myself, but below the surface of depravity and debauchery, the shell of a writer still exists. I dream of finishing my Accel World fanfiction, for no reason other than to say with pride that I finished my dream.

Other than that, I enjoyed Girls Frontline, currently play AK, and rage at the RNGrotesque-ness of Genshin. I began writing smut once I ran out of doujinshi I like, and haven't stopped since.

I've seen every movie in the MCU, yet somehow I can't conceive of writing fanfiction for it. Oh well.

  • i'm a digital artist for the most part
  • I'm an ideas person
  • I like myths and legends along with the various monsters, gods, and spirits it brings
  • I'm a casual movie and tv show watcher as well as webcomic/webtoon reader (mainly animated stuff and sometimes live action)
  • sometimes read fanfics, never writes traditional fanfics (half of it is elsewhere oc-cast au stuff because I can never trust myself to get canon characters right)
