The issue with logging in with email addresses has been resolved.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
Reader's man. I haven't ever had any too weird suggestions. Knock on wood. But they do get some crazy ideas. Which back to the topic, if you have all these people running around taking the knowledge they gained from the school and then building their own mini laboratories out in the middle of the woods to further it, how are these hedge wizards making money for the supplies and equipment they'll need?
They don't have labs. These aren't schollars. They are a mix of low level hedge mages and higher potency magisters who are craftsmen, traders, and a few war mages. Many merchant families are having mages oathbind themselves to them to reinforcde the mages sorcery and connect them to a sub culture of coin.
If they could sense metals, they would make a killing pointing mining companies in the right direction. But potions make perfect sense, I'm guessing a lot of medicines but beautification products are probably super high in demand especially if you're really good at it. Plastic surgery is a multi billion dollar industry after all.
Unsure. The trouble here with fantasy is if you push the magic is tech by another name too much you take the fantastic wonder out of it. The glory of it. And I can talk about the different prices for the different magic systems if you like. Worked that out more with Jackal.
Psionics, still needs better name, stands out as having no price.
Psionics? What are you trying to name exactly because usually Psionics are tied with mutants or psychic powers in a more Sci-Fi setting. And the problem with magic is that it has to have a system or rules it follows that at least only you the author fully understands and the reader can follow along, or it starts to feel unfair or nonsensical. But if you add rules and observable outcomes, that's what we call science.
Remember Barristan and his blue willpower lightsaber and Whent's crimson rage blade? The manipulation of fate and emotion that Naven did, the spy bullshit Varys pulled? Personal based on someone's talents and interests mortal magic with no spirits and gods powering it.
Oh. Mmmh. I'll think about this one. But it has to do with Spirit or soul. Maybe something about enlightenment, where the apex of emotion meets the apex of purpose. But first I sleep. Still pretty tired and I need to go take my cough meds before I forget. I got a couple more days of that.
Girl or girls? Or in other words doing this for that one girl you were talking too and have a weekend planned? Or just in general it's a common topic on Hinge?
