But with Mixing magic and science, your best bet is to just treat them like two different arts. Basically they're whole fields of study that people dedicate their lives too, and one's better in some ways while another is better in others. They don't fight or compete they just both exist at the same time and sometimes overlap under the right circumstances.

But this aura how is it affected by the physical body? Does it need some meat to ground it? If you're a full on Borg does that cut you off from it? it is more metaphysical and entirely soul based, and thus with the right training you could trick your mind into thinking your metal bits are your real body and use it uninterrupted?

Unsure. Narrow focus is best. Elemental mutated beasts could be fun. The main idea is guns and cybernetics and tanks, all these things can't remove the Eternal ways of honor and you have corporate nobility mixing armies of hyper tech soldiers with personal aura power in themselves

Would be cool to see corporate honor duels mixed with big events where kind of like Naruto's Chunin exams where they have these big planned out fights which companies, clans, and edgerunners use to show off their talents and raise their reps.
