We've issued a clarification on our policy on AI-generated work.
Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
The rules regarding NSFW links have been updated. See here for details.
I am, something pretty noticeable right off the back is that Semens. Lol. I'm sorry I couldn't help myself. I'm so childish sometimes. Seamus is a lot less rough around the edges than Hurrik. I mean he still has that need to prove himself, a bit of an ego, and will shank some people if need be. But Hurrik had a pack of dogs fuck his woman and all he could think about is how hot it was to see her crawling around.
Hurrik was an edgy boy. A lot angrier, a lot more vicious. A lot more outwardly confrontational. Don't know if it's from the switch to NSFW to SFW. If it's the removal from the inherent edginess of ASOIAF. Or what. But there's a definite change in the characters.
I got to that point, and again it was edgy but it wasn't as edgy as it once was. I blame the lack of details. During fights you would see the blood, guts, and gore in some pretty vivid details, all of which Hurrik narrated with zero emotion so it felt like he could go full on Bolton flaying and not feel a thing.
But I also feel like once you get out of the prologue and get some real fights again rather than passing mentions, we'll probably see some of that edge and bloody guts return.
Well it was more the juxtaposition of extreme gore/debauchery with zero emotion from Hurrik that made it special. The guy could step on someone's brains and get more annoyed at dirtying his shoes than where that brain came from. Which was also a nice juxtaposition with how loving and tender he could be very rarely with certain people.
Just constant extremes in all angles. But with the update, the explanation of how Investments work was cool but it's still a lot of ground work and world building so not the most interesting stuff. But still incredibly essential.
“Look at what the wind blew in!” Six chairs all moved as one as the heavy set boy pushed himself back, five guards rising to join their Lord as Seamus walked into the well-kept tavern. All around them curious eyes looked on, local merchants or well-off laborers who could afford to pay the...
I am back. Had some grilled cheese, also cooked some for my aunt and then helped settle the dogs in. Feed them, take them out, that kind of stuff. They should be good for the rest of the night now.
