And I think to myself, I'd like to imagine that I'd devote a small fragment of that power to continuing to write for all of you.

But then I realized, I wouldn't let that bit of myself know he was being used in such a way.

And that means that if I ever do get infinite cosmic power, I won't fucking know it, because I'm the part of Omni Cambrian assigned to write smut for the rest of my days.

God damn it.

Why wouldn't you tell you about it? If a small part of you is considering doing it, peruse that small fragment of the infinitely cosmic you to do so. You'd be happy to do it, because it is actually your idea. I mean, fragment you's idea.

Well, *I'd* like to think that if you had infinite cosmic power, you'd *solve death* and we'd notice that way.

Maybe he's trying to get closer to Death, you know. Some of the more modern imagery of death can be rather sexy.

Think about this, do you enjoy taking out the trash or mowing the lawn or cleaning dishes? That's how I imagine writing would be to Omni-Me. A chore.

So he makes me, a small mortal version of himself, where my greatest joy in life is writing fiction. But I'm still him and he knows I would still fantasize about infinite power. Making it simply too cruel to allow me to know what I truly am.

Also in regards to death, I don't see it as something that needs a solution. Its a part of the cycle in the end. Without death, what point does life hold?

Infinite cosmic power wouldn't need to write. You'd be able to will your ideas to take form, bypassing the boundaries of language and action.

The end result would be a synaesthetic hybrid sensation, including the best parts of every form of media.

And I've got to question why you think death gives life purpose. I don't eat a sandwich to end the sandwich's existence. A sandwich I could eat forever would be a better sandwich than one that only lasts for a few mouthfuls. It'd save me money, end world hunger, and I could always put it down if I wanted.

Life isn't given meaning by death, it's given a time limit. One that's utterly random and impossible to measure.

And why would you want your life to have a single point, anyway? If cosmic you came down from the heavens and told you that your sole reason to exist was to make someone a sandwich, would that really make you happy? Wouldn't you rather be able to do what you want?

Exactly why cosmic me would be hiding the truth of it and make me think I AM doing what I want by writing for all of you!!! ITS ALL A CONSPIRACY I TELL YOU! I ALREADY GOT COSMIC POWER BUT I'LL NEVER KNOW IT!

And I like to think there's existence beyond what we know as death and that life doesn't end when we think it does.

...That's not an end. It's a change.

Sure, but then I never called it an end. My very hope is that its not a true end. I said "its a part of the cycle IN THE END" before, not that it is an end.
