Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
If you wish to change your username, please ask via conversation to tehelgee instead of asking via my profile. I'd like to not clutter it up with such requests.
Honestly there's nothing that quite fits the same niche that I've ever found. The closest would be various empire quests, but you're probably aware of that general genre.
Dragging us into political involvement is a big issue. However my other issue is that everyone seems to expect we can just lewd mind bend our wife into submission. Battle Angels are women with centuries of experience and people explicitly try that against them. I expect it to fail utterly with them being pissed.
Another issue is that it requires waiting for years for our genius to be apparent to attract one and hope we don't run into problems from our existing candidates in the meantime.
There wrote up how I'd try to go about achieving the Farela/Natala/Eris option. The straightforward route where if it fails there's minimal backlash. If it succeeds the costs are manageable.
Pretty much how I'd try it; research/knowledge bribery + 'sincerity'.
On that note, I'm wondering why everyone is so ridiculously worked up over the waifu wars when it might not even be a good idea to get married; if we hit Body Purification in 3 years we could attract waifus of greatly increased quality.
Well we can't wait that long or Eralin becomes our wife by default when she reaches elemental mage, and that would cause problems with the clan. Unless we could somehow convince her to hide it. But no one seems confident in getting her to do that without hurting her feelings.
Also personally I want to try to hide our power until we're well on our way to Rank 5 so that we're not assassinated right after Body Purification. So not interested in revealing right away.
At this point I'm definitely serious about being okay with RNG result on the waifu war. Though I'm kind of sad that it seems to be increasingly likely that Eris, the one I like most, will end up being dropped.
I've no shame admitting Eris is just the one I like the most regardless of actual benefits. I'm not fond of socialites or yanderes. The teased to pieces repressed girl I really like.
In terms of sandbagging I don't suspect it would be boring like you think. We haven't been growing even at 50 power a year yet and have still been a packed schedule.
I had to take a step back for now because his reply upset me quite a bit.
I mean his response had the obvious counter that if he'd done that it would mean the creation options were outright *lying* because the spirit garden and spirit farm options specified that our clan set them up.
Honestly I get the retconning and balancing. Building a functional game system is *hard*. You can't predict the issues very well in advance. So some exploits have to be sealed up as you go. But so far his retcons have continuously made our build worse without any mitigating buffs. That's what annoys me.
We should get some sort of buff to make up for all these nerfs to our build.
Well the main thing I wanted to say was that college spends a lot of time on indoctrination into their ideologies these days instead of teaching you useful skills.
I also feel that colleges teach you a lot of skills that aren't really useful outside of college.
