The upper wisdom teeth are some of the safest in this case! Food bits are a *lot* less likely to get stuck in your wounds, even if you do lose the clot! Still though, its not fun! Good luck! Better than mine I hope!

I literally got my meds a week later from extraction. As in, yesterday. The doctor forgot. They forgot to authorize it. Really. Can't get much worse than that!

I've had three teeth pulled in the last month. one of them a wisdom tooth I've been fortunate enough to have avoided dry socket so far. I'm just waiting a week and a half for it to finish healing. :/ I want good food dammit. Edit: Fixed a derp.

The one on my left has got curved roots, so it'll be back to the Oral surgeon if it ever becomes a problem later on.

Oh god, I hope yours doesn't turn out to be as bad as mine, two full hours of yanking on that tooth with curved roots to get it to come out. The anastethic had almost wore off by the time the dentist was finished since the roots kept crumbling.
