Ouch that sucks. None of my mods were broken by yesterday's update but all I'm using is a mod that uncaps leveling and a mod that makes gold weigh zero xD

I did wind up backtracking and am now playing my Durge a little less ALL MURDER ALL THE TIME. Trying to find the right balance between charming and psycho killer since he's a Bard.

You could try to RP it, IDK. I mean, the "I lost my memories" bit kind of handicaps the RP, but I always felt like Durge is for people who wanna do a "I have an inner struggle" angst thing. I have nothing against it, it's pretty great as a way to relieve stress tbh.

I'm trying to see what works, because the thing that broke the game isn't showing up on the load game menu, you know, before the game actually starts, that Larion studios menu with their other games, how it sometimes shows up with an error window about how something broke? Well, that doesn't trigger an error despite the game main menu not loading

TBH I'm struggling to get into my second playthrough.

I think it's just a 'me thing'. I've always had a hard time replaying even my favorite RPGs, mostly because I usually come away from my first playthrough feeling like I did things 'my way' to begin with. Sure, maybe not perfect, but still.

Hoped BG3 would be different, especially because of the added Dark Urge flavor, but I'm already sort of bored lol. Definitely not enjoying redoing all of the stuff I already did in my first playthrough, even with minor differences here and there. Wondering if I should wait like a year before coming back to do a Dark Urge playthrough properly...
