I don't disagree with you about them being babies, fuck rich people. For the interlude I like how normal the debauchery is described. I like how everyone is just treating like their mowing the lawn, its just something everyone does.

I like how inbetween describing really graphic sex, you use really sophisticated language like the kind you would find in classical literature, and how the words kind of flow together.

I think I've said this before, but in modern books the thoughts and actions are separate, but in older books the two kind of mix together and in yours it all bleeds together a little bit.

I've struggled with keeping thoughts and actions distinct so I just flow them through each other. And because of me, Jackal will make use of elegant wording and sentence themes to tie into the smut.

So how wild did the gamestop thing get and how fast did it get that wild? What was the pacing like?

It took a couple months for people to really start to realize this whole Gamestop short squeeze thing wasn't just a meme and could actually work, but once it shift from 4chan to the mainstream literally in a couple of days the price of the stock and the number of people involved quadrupled and didn't stop getting bigger. it was like a slow burn and then an explosion.

then it died down after a couple weeks. But during the height of it, you had people dumping thousands of dollar into the stock. You had news casters that were crying about how illogical it was and how so many were gonna lose their jobs and their money over it. You had people who turned into millionaires over night. it was crazy.

For the world building. I like how much it feels like a cult and how everyone worldview is just that slightly off kilter. I also like the near worship they have for the queen. I would like to see a little bit more how the preaching to the nonbelievers actually works. I like how its draws people in through dreams and weird messages, but I would like to see some more culture shock.

And Harnish's character? And so it all began with 4chan and built up from there?

it started on 4chan and Wallstreet bets which used to be a pretty obscure part of Reddit that was basically an off shoot of the Biz section on 4chan.

I liked the incest lewds, I liked how you had people of all ages having fun and Harnish's character is pretty interesting mix of religious fanaticism and self interest.

How you enjoy the details on the Hags and life in the Great Grove?

I learned about that section of Reddit when this crazy shit went down. I recall stories of people buying stock for their grand kids and it skyrocketing.

reading about the great grove actually reminded me of a couple Steven King short story's, were you have this small community or town that is obviously supernatural just in the way the character talk and interact, but there isn't any openly supernatural stuff to prove it. i like how downplayed and in the background the magic is, and how everyone is focused on the debauchery and love of the town.

I do like open blatent magic. We aim to present these warped experiences and beliefs as valid to those feelings them. Its meant to be culty but also domeistc. Homey. Feel positive

How's the Gamestop short sell movie?

The movie was alright, felt like some of the characters were added solely so that big actors could be invited onto the script, but it told the story semi accurately. I liked how in the end they did a side by side comparison of the real people verses the actor's playing them.

What did the comparison show for how the real thing was compared to the movie choices?

One of the first guys who really caught onto what was going on was Keith Gil, his online profile name was roaring kitty and he had a small youtube channel were he gave investment advice, he also was majorly involved in the congressional hearing and if you want you can watch some of the clips from that on youtube.

Anyway the movie deliberately went into this guys personal life and exaggerated the importance his brother and his parents had on the whole short squeeze thing obviously in an attempt to create drama.
