My biggest problem and if its a fun snip maybe that isn't an issue, is how flat it is. Its not gripping or very funny or any strong feeling. Its power fantasy done dryly. I say this with intent so as to give honest feedback.

Hey, don't feel bad for giving feed back. For me at least the snippets page is less about writing stories and more about getting ideas down for if I want to use them later. Their not really meant to be emotional or gripping, just short scenes I can integrate into a proper story easily.

With my Jon Snow snippets, the idea was that he is the overpower gamer isaki whatever, but as the story progresses I wanted to show the downsides and flaws he's developed from having that much power.

Not necessarily a deconstruction, I think the best way for that is to show an outsiders perspective of your future god king, but more of yeah he can win any battle and bed any woman, but that doesn't make him a good father or a good king. I wanted the casual nature of a power fantasy with just a tad bit of emotional character building mixed in.

But I actually enjoy the casual power fantasy every now and again. I know for lots of people they can't stand it.

I can like a power fantasy.
What I cannot abide is flat weak dull writing. The kind that doesn't pull me into immersing myself in the feelings and action of the power fantasy

I see. You want the lust and violence to be entertaining but the aspect of more complex rulership to fall apart. The not a good father sounds like a way to add depth to smut. Seducing and bimboifying his daughters and femboy sons to brute force love

If I may suggest, while you stick to doing My Therapist and not abandoning it, the Jon idea could work better with a in universe sort of overwhelming power. Or, do you like Warcraft or Dragon Age?

I don't know, the Jon idea while a fun snippet to write, I don't think I have the time right now. i really want to focus on my currently active stories and quests rather than getting bogged down in another.

And when I do finish up my current stuff, I have a couple other ideas that are a lot more fun than a bog standard power fantasy.
