I'm thinking the son stay the most human the longest, since he tries really hard to maintain himself, but by the end of it he's going to be the most changed. The mom will become something sexy, domineering, and yet still a little motherly looking. Basically her acknowledged as mush as she wants power and respect she does love her kids.

The dad become a fat assed sissy boy with chains constantly locked around his neck. I'm thinking the symbolism for that is that as much as he loves exploring his new found sexuality and embracing that other side of himself he's hide for so long, he still does love is family and wants to be with them if in a new form.
