My mental image of her so far is someone really cheerful and quirky, maybe your stereotypical manic pixie girl, except its a womanly milf underneath the frumpy sweaters. Some thing nice and bubbly to sharply contrast with the usual harden assholes are family has been dealing with before, but the whole cheerful face is a bit of a facade hiding a very intelligent, ruthless, and opportunistic boss.
