I don't see our lad as John Wick in style. Too messy for that. I wonder, slaughter demon? The idea of this constant state of warring anarchy killing everyone, and our boy is the bloody wolf that feasts on the carnage of everyone fucking ending in a bloodbath?

I do like the idea of these big brawls between practically inhuman monsters. If you ever seen the movie the warriors, something like that would be pretty cool. These big huge battles breaking out only to be put on hold for brief periods of time during peace negotiations, only to break down again all over again.

Lilith probably doesn't want all this open warfare but accepts it as something that's bound to happen, trying to limit the violence to isolated and quarantined off locations in her cities. But that same violent part is tone of he only way for the new coming sinners to make a name for themselves creating a viscous cycle for new comers Lilith doesn't want either.

Gang warfare with demon titans is fucking radical. Thinking, what if our wolf is a sea of boiling tar and blood? He is the carnage, the slaughter. Hunting for weakness? Exploting and worseneing injuries? You said he is ruthless, that could be used.

Llith is stuck in a blood thirsty culture that is both a source of stablity and a constnat moral toxin on our Queendom

Makes Charlies quest seem all the more tragic for Lilith because she been trying to fix hell for thousands of years and failed, and she already knows her daughter is going to fail too.

But no matter how much she wants to explain it to her, try to prepare Charlie for inevitable heartbreak at the realization most of hell's resident's don't want to be saved, Lilith, much like her husband, can't help but indulge her daughter's whims.

So here, Charlie is going to figure out that Hell is Hell and if she wants to change it, she'd going to have to rethink her plan of what means and how much can be saved and what this new Hell will be like.

Thought, just a starting concept of many demon powers. What if the Son is always looming?

He is the Wolf. He is larger than everyone. Doesn't matter who they are, he towers over them. He's bigger and badder and meaner, he is the hunger, the ambitious carnage that the power starved feel

You know I keep calling him the son because coming up with good names for character's is a real pain in the ass. But what if I just stick with that and the entire family is just son, mother, sister, ectera. Maybe tie that in with how the family's obsession with being as normal as possible was so extreme they were even restricting their names to maintain that normalcy.

Makes the whole son title even bigger. He's rising to surpass his family. To lead and to grow where his father couldn't, to take the mantle as the next head of the family. Could be a fun way to explore the families characters.

I like that. It is creepy. And I feel you on coming up with character names being hard. Story beats, how does Charlie's romance plot tie into the heaven is talking with Lucifer plot? And for a ticking time bomb, I'd have Beal and Satan slowly start to wake up more and those two coming out are the two sides of Lucifer that is why heaven and hell fears him

Them having titles as a Family hints at really weird shit with this group when they were alive or being in Hell broke them and they took the titles as a coping mechanism

Right now my tentative plan with the family is that they were in an accident of some kind several yeas back before hell when they were still alive, and they ended up unintentionally killing some people and going on the run, changing their names, their identities in a whole new city and state and basically trying to start their whole life's over, pretending that event never happened.

That the big sin they committed to go to hell wasn't that they killed someone like they thought, but that they tried so hard to run away from it. Their sin is envy, not wrath. So if they sound kind of off and creepy that's good, that's what I was going for.

Envy? Envy for what they wanted?

And I've been thinking, Satan and Beellzub are the two great evils of Hell. One the burning scourge against God. The other the Serpent of Dammination. And before Charlie, those two ran the show most often and Hell and Heaven wept for that dark alliance

My idea with Charlie so far is that if Lucifer loves her and that love is pure, it's proof to heaven that he's not irredeemable, and the drama that causes with the faction of Angels that's full on kill all demons is a main plot point as they seek to find a way to get rid of Charlie without getting caught.

The whole envy thing is each of the family members wanted something out of life and they were too scared to chase after it, so they just pretended they were happy even if they secretly seethed inside. And how that ties in with the accident is that it happened to their neighbors that weren't afraid to chase what they want. that was not proper or respectful, but was living the life they wanted.

How do her aunts and uncles, the arch angels feel about her?

Ah, why would they want to kill the one thing stopping Lucifer from killing all of creation.
