Then right when she's about to have a big talk about their relationship and how despite how much she cares from him the age gap is too big, naruto comes home after killing for the first time and the betreyal by Haku, and Tsuande seeing the states he's in can't help but sleep with him again to comfort him slolwy getting stuck in this relationship she's trying desperately to convince herself is a bad idea.

And in this is Kurama egging on Naruto? Acting as a mentor and patron? Teaching unique jutsu vesudes giant Chakra ball?

Their relationship will be complicated. Kurame hates ninja for trapping him and by extension naruto, but at the same time Kurame feels bad for him and understand he'sjust a kid and can't be blamed. So Kurame wants to be free, even though it will kill naruto, but at the same time he feels bad about it.

So I'm thinking in the beginning they have a sort of reluctent teacher relationship with kurma trying to tempt him and corrupt him away from ninja.

And later this develops into a co equal partnership?

That's the idea. I do want it to stay kind of complicated and messy for awhile though. Not like canon where the resoultion was quick, here Naruto and Kurma will argue, fight, and lie to each other just as much as they grow to love each other.

Well, I think I've said it before but Tsuande going full mad scitenst really starts with how terrified she is of aging. For the first time in a very long time she has a family and a reason to keep living and she wants to enjoy it as long as possible.

But then orchimama enter's the picture, probably getting a pardon by cutting a deal to help deal with the Akatsuki, and like kurma she's acts as the devil on Tsuande shoulder pushing her further and further.

And so begins her descent. A note by the way. I've once heard how Naruto had many of the female ninja be medical because of Japanese gender norms. I think Tsuande being a medical ninja is great but for Sakura I'd lean more into the taijutsu as the core of her

With Orchimama coming back to the villiage beacuse she needs senju blood to take the next step in her immortality project, as well as becoming Tsuande sister like she always wanted, and in the proccess falls in love with naruto and joins the harem.

funny that you mention Sakura being a fighter not a nurse, when I found a good way to combine the two. Sakura is going to be physical trainer and nutritionist as she gets a bit of an obssession with being physically strong and having her body admired and wants to learn the best way to do that.
