My day was alright, took another trip at good will and got rid of a bunch of more junk. Just got back from the movies, saw a new nicholas cage one called Arcadian.

What it about and want to talk Hazbin?

For Hazbin with the au you showed me, Abel works a lot better as a villian than Adam. He would have some legitimate anger over what has happened and it would've been personal for him. Which would make it all the more tragic sense cain genuinely feels guilt over what he's done and wants to be punished for it.

Arcadian was about a father trying to take care of his two sons in a apocalypse when one of them does something stupid making him hurt, and leaving it to the children to take care of their home in their father's place. It actually sucked a lot. I could give a whole rant about why if your interested.

My thought was Adam is the one who comes down to Hell to redeem his sons and daughters. Charlie is his ally but unlike canon, she betrays her hotel idea as she realizes everyone she loves will leave her. There's a scene that captures this vibe

Have Adam later learn of this and Charlie go full Demon. She still is as loving as ever, but that love is her vice. Her Fall.

Fire off rant and have Caine hired in secret by Lilith who is Eve to work as a chief for the Hotel and keep an eye on his sister and Abel having to deal with a demon sister who wants to get to know him.

What made the moive stink so bad was first off, Nicholas Cage was only given like five lines of dilouge in the whole movie. You have nicholas fucking Cage and you don't have him speak? Are they insane? And even worse they didn't have any action scene. i don't know if they were going for a more realisitc style or something, but any action scene was really choppy and crude and had no flair.

It has nick cage but without any of his crazy or dramatic acting when he's good? This is strange if your going to have him in a major role

They had no guns in the whole movie. Just a shot gun that gets fired a couple of times. So the characters are fighting with sticks and fucking kitchen knives which is super ridcoulous because the monsters are like twelve feet and strong enough to burrow through the floors of a house.

Spoilers, the monster design was actually really creepy. They where like this part chimpanze, part spider, part beatle creature that when ever it attacked it would split its head in half and then bang its jaws together making this weird screeching noise. really creepy and it had the ability to shape shift a little.

So limps would grow super long to grab stuff, or it would shift it's body in thinner to get through tight spaces. Didn't like light, was allergic to it or something, so the main characters would do any scavenging during the day and then board themsleves up at night to survive it.
