Found a pretty nice looking one in Mesa. Decent sized yard, patio in the front, has a little bit less square footage than the house in California, but instead being divided into three bedrooms like the old one its two bedroom so it feels bigger. And its only two thousand a month, so not bad at all. Going to try get this one.

The only probelm is in Arizona there's a law or its common practice, not sure, for the renter to cover any fee's for the paperwork when they submit an application, so even if we get denied for the house we still have to pay a hundred dollers for the paperwork.

Apparently it's a common scheme for people to just never accept anyone and pocket the application money, but this one's with a pretty large property company so we aren't going to get screwed that way, but if other people apply for the house and they get chosen over us that's a hundred dollers down the drain. 😐

Well i'm not working right now, but I make close to two thousand a month in social security and My aunt makes over three thousand, so you combine the two and we've got five thousand a month to play with. Which divide by two since they want you have to double the rent money each month and we've got, two and half to play with. And again that's before the two of us have a job.
