I'm kind of thinking with Whitely he'll have an arc dedicated to each family member and how he conquers them slowly, with each conquest having an effect on his personality and mind set. Conquering his mom teaches him to feel comfortable with his taboo desires and sets him on the path towards gaining independence.

Conquering Winter shows him he cares more about his family than personal power and is not like his dad. And finally conquering Weiss, is the start to him conquering Remnant. Basically each girl he meets will be a separate arc and in the process of seducing them he grows as a person along with his personal empire and power base.

Maybe, I was actually imagining her being a waitress that Whitely unknowingly flirts with and ends up joking up with on a whim, the classic powerful billionaire prince falling in love with the lonely college student you see so often in romance stories. With the reveal of her father coming later. But a maid works just as well.

Really I liked the idea of her playing the part of the straight woman too all the insanity that is Whitely's life. With a relatively normal person being brought into the world of depravity and power plays.
