Griffth's vice was never lust, it was always ambition. The willingness to screw over anyone and anything and no matter the harm it took to himself or his own happiness, he would do anything to achieve his goals. And that's something Guts will struggle with.

Being put in the position where for example he's coming with the battle plan and he has to decide which one of his soldiers are put in the most dangerous positions, or having to work with a morally reprehensible noble to get his support. Compromises like that, he didn't have to worry about before.

Basically it'll be long hard road for Guts to become a good king and intertwined with that is over time Guts slowly discovering his own ambitions and wanting to take things and lead. With the porny part being he slowly develops a harem of beautiful woman he couldn't help but take for himself and mold to his own desires.

I'd make Guts start to struggle with a growing inner demonic spirit gifted to him by Griffith inspiring depraved brutal desires.

Exactly, Guts and Griffth trade roles in the story. With Griffth becoming the simple minded friend doing everything to support Guts and Guts being faced with the temptations of power as he rides his way to the top. It also being interesting to see their different approaches to things and their strengths and weaknesses.

Really play up Guts falling to debauchery and physical hedonism. Griffith seducing him to greater lust and Casca happy to be loved even if she is turning into a demon. That one survivor of the band in canon, he getting femboyed too?

Tone? I'm leaning towards a slow burn. With Griffth as the main view point and him having trouble figuring out these future memories, and see him slowly turn into the damsels of the story and Guts rise towards power. With the setting becoming more magical over time as well as the newly empowered godhand also found its way back in time as well.

Ah. How does Guts become corrupted by demonic power? And his perversions grow?

With the breaking point either being when Guts realizes the magnitude of the threat he's facing and his ambition to build a kingdom becomes more urgent as he realizes he needs a united humanity to beat the godhand, or when after a particularly rough battle and Guts opens up about what hes dealing with, and Griffth realizes that Guts is heading down the same path he was.

I would say since Griffth and Guts are connected in that weird way, when Griffth went back he also brought back Guts memories and while there locked away, they'll slowly filter back into the past Guts and over time he'll get his signature armor and sword signaling that demonic anger he used to hold is coming back as well.
