I like that. You know speaking of the league I wonder what tactic's they would employ if they tried to take Omniman down. Obviously his weakness to sound is a big one, but other than that I wounder if they went to blows how they would respond.

Well in a lot of continuity's Raven's mom basically joins the equivalent of a satanic cult and ends up actually hooking up with DC's version of him and it isn't until Raven is born that she either sacrifices herself or traps herself to get Raven sent to earth where she can live a normal life. And usually when the mom does show up, if she's not secretly evil, she's super repentent about what she's done.

So basically a nun with a super shady past, trying really hard to be a good person for the sake of her daughter. Who's also secretly very, very freaky. I mean you would have to be to willingly hook up with fucking Trigon of all people.

He doesn't even really have an innate desire to conquer stuff really. He just wants to be respected and powerful, and be a proper viltrumite.

What is a proper viltrumite to Mark vs what they have become?

You know funny and tragically enough, Mark see's his dad as the ideal viltrumite. A strong leader of nations, teams, and his family. Impossible strong, yet patient. Wants to do good, but is perfectly willing to get his hands dirty to achieve it. Does not waste time with stupid or selfish people. Willing to destroy any potential threat. Activly gathers power and allies.

The sad part is that Omniman doesn't like how cruel he can be even if it is effective and wants to be more like superman, while Mark thinks superman's way is hopelessly naive and ineffective.

That's hilarious. Omiman sees more and more Superman as a inspiration while Mark has his dad as a role model for Good.

That's what the future fight between Superman and Mark is going to be about. Power and how to use it. If two counties go to war, at what point does the justice league interfere? If you have corrupt politicians, is it the right thing to do to use your influence or powers to remove them?
