Well considering there's less than a couple dozen Viltrum left, yeah I would say they're fine with incest. They have to at this point for practical reasons more than anything.

Well what I'm thinking too is since all Viltrum relations are centered around strength and dominance, its only around those weaker then them they can actually be vulnerable and emotional. Would also be another reason why they assimilated into earth so fast.
