Arslan is a good canon addition who fits Tai's vibe really well. She has a marital arts archtype, very little known of her so you can expand, and she's fit hot.

Chun Li and Cammie bisexuals?

Fit hot is always fun. And yep Cammie and Chun Li are bisexual, with Juri their occasional lover as well except she refuses to settle down with them until Tai finally straightens her out. Probably with a bunch of kids of her own to raise. lol

So Aura martial arts. Adding elemental or dark and light Aura aspects for powerups?

So Salem takes Tai's issues with losing Raven and Summer and turns it into a bound at home wife fetish lifestyle. Which she also uses to fuel his ascent back into his best shape as a fighter and killer as she wants to poach a high servant of Ozpin to become a brutal weapon for Jaune.

I'm thinking less Salem plans it all out and more she notices a blooming relationship between one of Ozpin's best fighters, and a pair of retired huntresses and their criminal friend and see's a bit of an opportunity. Drawing out Juri with the offer of a lot of money and using that to plant some seeds, suggestions, and spells to tie the group together.

These are connected and similar in Street Fighter and I think Juri being a Dark Aura master is a neat expansion of lore through her character.

And aura martial arts, a lot of it is focused mainly on shaping Aura into a viable weapon and methods of launching it, I mentioned earlier the biggest weakness of it was its range, but what I'm thinking is that more emotional aura is less refined and uses more elemental effects, while more methodical ways are more controlled and mainly used to support a weapon or Armour.

But your souls is the source of your aura, so it makes perfect sense that you can get more power out of it if you are fueled by extreme emotions and their are entire martial arts centered around accessing and controlling that emotion and power. With Psycho energy being feared for how unstable it causes the user to be.

Don't call it psycho energy but tie the two aura shades to symbolism of the Gods of Light and Darkness and so what I am hearing is you can have lot of enhanced unarmed melee martial arts with explosive energy bursts and blasts from the hands and feet upon striking and grappling.
So Jaune is methodical? And so where does Cammy and Chun Li who need new OC names and personality mixes fit?

While Juri is a demon of underground combat with her grand mastery of Dark grimm aura.
And Tai also can turn more to dark Aura with Salem's encouragment and use it build a romance between him and Juri teaching him to equal her.

Speaking of gabbling, I also really like the idea of using your Aura to physically restrain someone or hold them in place kind like the AT fields in Evangelion. But with Juri I'm thinking she has a solid base in the more methodical method of aura fighting, but as she got older she started experimenting with more uncontrolled and darker styles leading to a nice mix,

Where she has a couple basic moves she's trained to perfection mixed in with a bunch of weird out of box stuff like using a fire blast to push her kick forward or throwing a punch that goes off like a flashbang. A real trickster fighter.

Which also ties in with her backstory. Where she grew up pretty poor and destitute after her family was killed, and was taken in by the Warrior Monk's that also raised Chun Li after her dad died, and the two were best friends growing up but where they split off for awhile is that they both wanted to get revenge. Which the monks were very against.

Ah. While Cammie darker aura more direct and Tai having the potential to be a master of brutal powerful Dark Aura brawl combat.

I like this. I like a lot having Juri and Chun Lie be sisters.

With Chun Li becoming a huntress to pursue it and Juri getting into the criminal world. And the two starting off with a pretty simmiller fighting style, with the monks emphasis striking and redirecting your oppents moves, but where as Juri went deep in the grimm fighting styles, Chun Li learned mech weapons and more traditional Huntress styles.

Tai I see as the Dragon. Raw rage and strength. Furious flurries and heavy blows. Wrestling and striking. Tai is the elemental whirlwind of dark inferno aura.

But spoilers, the reason Juri went full criminal, and didn't join Chun Li who begged her too, is that her family was murdered by Atlas armies since they were raiding and trying to prevent the expansion of Atlas companies into Minstrel. With, to tie it all together, Cammie being a life long Atlas specialist who crossed paths and blades with Juri multiple times.

With Chun Li caught in between since she thinks Juri taking her revenge too far and acting no better than a bandit. And eventually over time the three have a sort of love hate triangle between each other, that eventually ends with them hooking up on and off. And Cammie retiring with Chun Li after refusing to follow her orders, and Juri being forced to admit not all of Atlas is evil and deserves her rage.
